Rental information for your wedding or other special event at Sundara West
$1200 includes
• Use of grounds for rehearsal, ceremony and reception from 3 pm on the day before the event until 9 pm on the day of the event
• Use of 2 rooms in the house for pre-event preparation for bride and attendants
• Use of the porch and 2 bathrooms
• Use of the kitchen for the caterer
You may use the caterer of your choice.
We require an Event Policy for $1,000,000 coverage naming Sundara West, LLC and Jacqueline and Marshall Dressel as the additionally insured. You can purchase an event policy with $1,000,000 liability coverage that covers alcohol liability at Wedsafe.com for $175.
We require a deposit of $600.
You will need a permit from any WA State Liquor Store to serve beer and wine.
